The installation features sculptural forms that echo the shape of bell hats, paying homage to the neighborhood's namesake, William Bell, and the bell-shaped hat worn by Chief Seattle. Fabricated from painted aluminum, the forms are suspended along the facade, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. Slight movements in the wind animate the structure, bringing it to life and reminding viewers of the natural forces that surround us.
