If a resident does not provide proof of coverage, they will be automatically enrolled in Entrata's Blanket Master Policy Insurance by Homebody. This policy provides $300,000 liability-only coverage for $18 per month, charged with rent.
Storm Water Drainage: Equally divided among occupied units, required.
Water Heating: Allocation based on the number of persons residing in your dwelling unit, required.
Sewer Capacity: Equally divided among all units at the property, required.
