Pet Policy
Pets are invited to be future members of The Confidential, too. Cats devote hours by the window observing from above, pondering the mysteries beyond the glass. While dogs have plenty to investigate outside as they guide their owners through the urban avenues of Belltown.
We allow up to two (2) pets per household. Pet rent is $35/pet per month, and each pet requires a $300 deposit at move-in. Note: service/companion animals may not be subject to this list.

Pet and Breed Restrictions
Dog Breeds
Restricted breeds that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Pit Bulls
- Rottweilers
- Presa Canario
- German Shepherds
- Malamutes
- Dobermans
- Chowchows
- St. Bernards
- Great Danes
- Akitas
- Terriers (Staffordshire)
- American Bull Dog
- Karelian Bear Dog
- Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
Poisonous Animals
Restricted animals that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Tarantulas
- Piranhas
Exotic Animals
Restricted animals that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to the following:
- Reptiles (snakes, iguanas)
- Ferrets
- Skunks
- Raccoons
- Squirrels
